Wine flights will include the Brunello di Montalcino -- vintages 2005, 2006, 2007, 2010, and 2012. The Brunello di Montalcino is fermentated in Slavonian Oak casks then aged 24 months in French Oak. The process continues an additional 6 months in steel casks before bottling. These vintages will not disappoint.
The Brunello Riserva 2004 will also be among the selections. The Riserva is aged 12 months in French Oak and another 12 months in Slavonian Oak. The total aging time in wood is 24 months. The Riserva is then aged an additional 8 months in steel and 30 months in bottle before being released. The result - spectacular!
