Join us for an evening celebrating the bold flavors and wines of Spain. This special Spanish Wine Dinner has been curated and will be prepared by Chef Daniele Puleo, who will also guide guests through the evening’s wines.

The menu will feature classic Spanish tapas, Jamón & Manchego, gambas al ajillo, and patatas bravas. The highlight of the evening will be the traditional Spanish paella with seafood and chorizo alongside Magret de Pato—a delicious seared duck breast in honey/balsamic glaze and fresh rosemary—all served with local regional Spanish wines from Catalonia to Roja and Andalucia.

Guests will also enjoy Magret de Pato before finishing the evening with Churros con Chocolate.

Throughout the dinner, Daniele will personally pour the wines and share the beauty of Spanish winemaking—explaining their unique characteristics, classic profiles, and what makes these wines so special alongside the cuisine.

Discover Southern Italy’s Coastal Flavors

Step into Southern Italy with this hands-on cooking class inspired by the culinary traditions of Puglia. Thoughtfully designed as both an experience and a gift, this class is ideal for food lovers, couples, and anyone who enjoys learning something new—perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or simply doing something memorable.

Led by Chef Ashley Dulce, guests will learn how to make orecchiette pasta completely from scratch. This iconic “little ears” pasta is traditionally made throughout the Puglia region and is celebrated for its shape, which is designed to hold sauce beautifully. Chef Ashley will guide you through the technique behind forming orecchiette and share the cultural significance of this beloved pasta. The menu features orecchiette with rapini and Italian sausage, a classic Puglian pairing, alongside a fresh citrus and prosciutto salad.

To conclude the experience, Chef Ashley will demonstrate a berry panna cotta, offering practical tips and techniques that can easily be recreated at home.

Complimentary wine is included, allowing guests to cook, taste, and enjoy in a relaxed setting. The experience is interactive, approachable for all skill levels, and designed so guests leave with both new skills and lasting memories.
